About The Company

Akrisso Innovations Private Limited is an AI technology company built around a simple belief: AI is only as powerful as the human mind directing it. About This Role

We are looking for interns who already care deeply about visual craft. Not people who are waiting for an internship to begin learning.

You may still be early in your career, but you should already have opinions about colour, composition, typography, motion, sound, interface, storytelling or visual culture.

You should be curious enough to experiment, disciplined enough to improve, and confident enough to explain why you made a creative decision.

This is not an internship built around repetitive support work.

You will be expected to observe, think, create, learn quickly and contribute meaningfully.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

- Visual design and creative concepts.
- Video editing and motion graphics.
- UI/UX visual exploration.
- Brand and communication design.
- Image and video experimentation using contemporary AI tools.
- Storytelling through colour, typography, sound and movement.
- Creative research and reference-building.




- Iteration based on critique and feedback.
- Cross-format creative exploration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Your Craft

You may come from design, video, animation, UI/UX, visual communication, filmmaking or a self-taught creative background. We value familiarity with some of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Figma
- DaVinci Resolve
- Blender
- Generative image/video tools

You do not need to know everything. But you should understand the fundamentals behind what you create.

What We Notice

We notice interns who:
- Have personal projects nobody assigned.
- Save references because they genuinely study good work.
- Can explain why a colour, frame or typeface feels wrong.
- Experiment with tools outside their coursework.
- Can take inspiration without copying.
- Care about the last 10% of polish.
- Ask for feedback because they want to improve.
- Have a point of view.

AI & Your Craft

We expect you to use AI. We do not expect AI to create your taste for you.

AI can generate an image.

It cannot decide whether that image belongs.

AI can create motion.

It cannot decide whether the movement has meaning.

Your judgement should remain stronger than the tool.

- Your portfolio is mostly classroom assignments.
- You depend heavily on templates.
- You need detailed references before you can begin.
- You use AI because you cannot create without it.
- You are satisfied when something merely looks acceptable.
