About The Role As our in-house entrepreneur, you’ll work directly with our leadership team to help launch businesses in the following areas:

- Launch an eCommerce marketplace for curated products
- Develop products and services for brand founders and owners
- Drive the development of our own in-house e-commerce brands

You won’t just be an assistant – you’ll be expected to take initiative, solve problems, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision. Think of it as entrepreneurship with a safety net – we’ll provide the guidance and resources, and you’ll help execute. Who You Are

Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino (oral and written)
- Strong understanding of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Proficient in Canva or other design tools for quick content creation
- Digitally savvy and able to adapt quickly to new tools and platforms
- Ability to build strong networks and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Bonus Skills It will be a plus if you have the following skills or qualifications:
- Knowledge of Google Sheets advanced formulas, App Scripts, and Looker Studio
- Experience with digital advertising (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat)
- Understanding of how to create prompts for generative AI visuals

Working With Us
- This is a full time role.
- Primarily work from home, but required to attend occasional onsite meetings, visit manufacturers or join events.
- You must be based in Metro Manila, more convenient if you are based in Makati, Pasay, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Pateros or Parañaque
- Working schedule generally Monday to Saturday, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day. Schedule flexibility is necessary to accommodate various business needs.
