About the Role

We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Creative Head who leads from the front. This is not a purely administrative management role, we need a master craftsperson who actively designs, builds concepts, and rolls up their sleeves, while simultaneously mentoring and guiding a creative team. You will drive visual identity, establish design standards, and bridge high-level strategy with pixel-perfect execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on Execution: Conceptualize and produce top-tier design assets, brand identities, and key campaign visuals, leading by execution, not just delegation.

- Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators, fostering a collaborative, rapid-moving creative environment.

- Creative Strategy & Pitching: Translate business goals into compelling creative concepts, leading strategy sessions and presenting work to key stakeholders.

- Quality & Consistency: Maintain high aesthetic standards across all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency, technical precision,



and creative distinction.

- Workflow Management: Oversee creative pipelines, project assignments, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive, mandatory portfolio showcasing exceptional individual design execution, art direction, and conceptual thinking.

- Experience: 5+ years of overall experience in visual design/creative roles, with at least 2 years of direct team management experience.

- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and modern digital UI/design tools (Figma).

- Leadership Style: Proven ability to balance high-level strategic direction with daily hands-on creative execution.

- Communication: Strong presentation, feedback, and storytelling skills.
