Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Designer and Visual Storyteller who can translate ideas, campaign themes and organisational objectives into compelling visual communication.

The role will involve conceptualising and designing creative assets for fundraising campaigns, donor presentations, digital and social media communication, and organisational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise and design creative collaterals for fundraising campaigns and initiatives
- Create visually compelling donor presentations, pitch decks and communication materials
- Develop creative assets for social media, digital campaigns and online promotions
- Translate abstract concepts and campaign messaging into clear, engaging visual stories
- Maintain consistency in visual identity, design quality and brand communication
- Work closely with internal teams to understand communication objectives and deliver relevant creative solutions
- Manage multiple design requirements and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong graphic design, visualisation and visual storytelling skills




- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and design principles
- Ability to conceptualise ideas independently and convert them into impactful visual communication
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into effective design solutions
- Self-motivated: Proactively identifies creative opportunities and design improvements
- Accountable: Takes ownership of creative outputs and maintains high quality standards
- Time management: Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within campaign timelines
- Solid communication and collaboration skills

Education Bachelors degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field is preferred.

Candidates with strong relevant experience and an impressive design portfolio may also be considered.

What Were Looking For A designer who is not just an executor, but a strong visual thinker and conceptualizer, someone who can understand why we are communicating something and determine how it should be visually expressed.

Experience in NGOs, social impact organizations, fundraising, digital marketing or communications will be an added advantage.
