Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CP Sales role located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves identifying and engaging channel partners, onboarding new partners, and maintaining strong relationships to drive consistent sales of residential and infrastructure projects. Daily activities include meeting channel partners, explaining project features and benefits, conducting site visits, and supporting partners in closing deals.

The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and documentation,



and providing regular training and updates to channel partners on new projects and offers.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with channel partners and homebuyers.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to achieve targets, manage a sales pipeline, and support partner-driven business growth.
- Experience in Training channel partners or sales teams on project offerings, sales processes, and customer engagement.
- Previous experience in real estate or related sectors is preferred; familiarity with Bhubaneswar’s local market is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for meetings and site visits, and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools for maintaining records and preparing sales reports.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid ethical standards, reliability, and a goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
