Job Summary

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is looking for BHMS graduates to join our team as Couple Counsellor / Camp Coordinator cum PRO. The role involves patient communication, counselling support, appointment coordination, fertility awareness camp coordination, and community outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact professionally with couples and understand their general queries.
- Explain the consultation process and guide patients to the appropriate medical team.
- Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up communication.
- Support doctors and the clinical team during patient coordination activities.
- Plan and coordinate fertility awareness camps and outreach programs.
- Coordinate with local contacts for camp arrangements and participation.
- Maintain records of enquiries, appointments, and camp participants.
- Follow up with patients regarding scheduled consultations.




- Build positive qualified relationships with patients and community contacts.
- Support public relations and centre outreach activities.
- Ensure patient information is handled professionally and confidentially.
- Perform other coordination responsibilities assigned by the centre management.

Eligibility
- BHMS qualification required.
- IVF or fertility-care experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with patient interaction and coordination activities.
- Willingness to work at any of the listed locations.
