Help customers select products according to size, colour, style, fabric and budget. Explain product features, quality, prices and offers.

Handle counter sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell suitable products. Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation. Check and replenish stock when required.Resolve customer queries, exchanges and complaints professionally.

Maintain a clean and organised sales counter. Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
