Key responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers politely. Take customer orders accurately. Pack sweets, snacks, and other products neatly. Weigh products according customer requirements. Handle POS billing and cash/UPI payments.
Explain products and help customers choose items. Check the quantity and quality of packed orders before handing them over. Keep the sales counter clean and organized. Coordinate with the kitchen/packing team when required.
Maintain proper hygiene and follow shop procedures.
Requirements: Valuable customer-handling and communication skills. Telugu preferred; Hindi/English is an advantage. Basic calculation and billing knowledge. Previous sweet shop, bakery, restaurant, retail, or counter-sales experience is preferred. Freshers can also apply if they are willing to learn. Honest, punctual, polite, and responsible.
