- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.

- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including product features and benefits.

- Communicate product value effectively and support store sales targets.

- Stay updated on new jewelry collections, products, offers, and promotions.

- Provide a positive and personalized customer experience.

- Handle customer concerns with sensitivity, patience, and good judgment.

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewelry products.

- Support sales and achieve assigned store targets.

- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.

- Maintain strong product knowledge.

- Assist with deliveries and online orders.

- Handle packaging and stock replenishment.

- Support visual merchandising and product displays.

- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.

- Follow company SOPs, policies,



and theft-prevention protocols.

- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Store Operations

- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.

- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory-related activities.

- Support online order processing, packaging, and deliveries.

- Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.

- Follow all operational and security procedures.
