Role Description The Counter Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Aurangabad.

The Counter

Staff is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing prompt, friendly service at the bakery counter. Daily tasks include handling product inquiries, suggesting items, managing orders, and processing payments accurately. The role involves maintaining a clean and well-organized display area, monitoring product freshness, and following food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Counter

Staff also supports the team by restocking items, coordinating with the kitchen,



and helping ensure a positive customer experience throughout their visit.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and courteously with customers and team members.
- Customer Service and Hospitality skills to provide a welcoming experience and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Sales skills to recommend products, promote specials, and assist in achieving store sales targets.
- Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage to understand product offerings, portion sizes, and basic food safety practices.
- Ability to work in office in Aurangabad on a full-time schedule, including weekends and peak hours as needed.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash, card transactions, and reconciling the counter till accurately.
- Attention to detail and reliability in maintaining hygiene, product presentation, and store cleanliness.
- Prior experience in retail, bakery, or café environments is an advantage but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided.
