Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Centre for Urban and Rural Development (CURD) is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Counsellor to support individuals undergoing treatment and rehabilitation for substance addiction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group counselling and assess patients' needs.
- Conduct family counselling, motivate patients towards recovery, and provide guidance on relapse prevention and aftercare.
- Maintain counselling records, monitor patient progress, and coordinate with the treatment team.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Psychology, Social Work,



Counselling, or a related field.
- Relevant counselling experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a de-addiction and rehabilitation workplace.
