We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Corporate Trainer with 2+ years of experience in training and employee development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, excellent facilitation abilities, and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for employees across different levels.

Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging corporate training programs.
- Conduct training sessions on communication skills, soft skills, behavioral skills, leadership, teamwork, and professional development.
- Identify training needs through discussions, assessments, feedback, and performance gaps.
- Develop training materials, presentations, activities, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Conduct new employee induction and onboarding training.
- Facilitate interactive workshops, role plays, group discussions, and practical learning activities.




- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with HR and business teams to understand employee development requirements.
- Continuously improve training content based on participant feedback and organizational needs.
