About the Role

Mores Techno Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and energetic Corporate Trainer with expertise in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs for sales, business development, customer relationship, and other teams to enhance their product knowledge, communication skills, sales capabilities, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and onboarding training programs for new employees.
- Develop and deliver training modules focused on Real Estate sales, customer handling, communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Provide product and market knowledge training related to real estate projects and services.
- Train Sales and Business Development teams on lead generation, lead qualification, client pitching, follow-ups, objection handling, and conversions.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, presentations, and practical training sessions.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis and coordination with team leaders.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, SOPs, and learning resources.
- Monitor employee performance after training and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to improve team productivity and performance.
- Stay updated with current real estate market trends and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and management to create structured Learning & Development initiatives.
- Maintain training records, attendance,



feedback, and performance reports.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate sales processes and customer lifecycle.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to motivate, engage, and coach employees.
- Expertise in sales training, negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Ability to conduct classroom and practical training sessions.
- Strong analytical and performance evaluation skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and other training tools.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in Training & Development will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Corporate Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Training.
- Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
- Experience in training Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer Relationship teams will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,485.88 - ₹72,960.03 per month
