Role & Responsibilities:

The CSR Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the organizations Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, with a key focus on initiatives led by the Capri Foundation. The role will be responsible for driving impactful social development programs aligned with the company’s values, compliance requirements, and long-term social impact objectives.

- Develop, implement, and monitor CSR strategies and initiatives across community development, education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of CSR projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, effective resource utilization, and adherence to budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, NGOs, government bodies, community organizations, and local communities.
- Identify community needs and develop sustainable programs that address priority areas and create measurable social impact.
- Monitor and evaluate CSR programs, track key impact metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
- Ensure all CSR activities comply with applicable legal, regulatory, governance, and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and present regular CSR reports, impact assessments, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, government bodies,



and other relevant institutions.
- Promote the organization’s CSR initiatives and achievements through appropriate communication, media, and public relations channels.
- Represent the Capri Foundation at relevant external forums, stakeholder engagements, and media interactions.
- Drive collaborative efforts to implement sustainable and scalable social development programs aligned with the Foundation’s objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CSR management, corporate foundations, social development initiatives, or a similar role. Experience working with NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders will be preferred.
- Skills: Strong strategic planning, project management, execution, budgeting, and impact assessment capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of CSR regulations, compliance requirements, governance, and reporting frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid passion for social impact, community development, and creating sustainable change.
