Job Summary

Kaithal Resort, Kasauli is looking for a Corporate Sales Executive / Manager who is energetic, confident, and target-oriented.

The candidate will be responsible for generating corporate business, developing new client relationships, and promoting the resort for corporate stays, meetings, conferences, offsites, team outings, events, and MICE business.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the confidence to meet corporate clients and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach current corporate clients, companies, SMEs, startups, and institutions.
- Generate leads for corporate room bookings, group bookings, meetings, conferences, and events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and property visits.
- Connect with HR, Admin, Travel, Procurement teams, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Generate business for corporate offsites, team outings, conferences, training programs, dealer meets, and events.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and customized packages according to client requirements.
- Negotiate rates and close deals effectively.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client database.
- Coordinate with the resort operations team for successful execution of confirmed bookings/events.
- Identify new corporate markets and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing, packages, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Hotel Sales, Resort Sales, Travel Sales, or Business Development preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Good relationship management and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with client meetings and field sales.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM/sales reporting.

Preferred Skills

- Existing corporate network in Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, Punjab, or Haryana.
- Experience in hotel/resort sales, MICE, events, weddings, or corporate offsites.
- Experience dealing with travel agencies, event planners, and corporate travel companies.
- Existing contacts with HR, Admin, Travel, or Procurement departments.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for achieving sales targets and generating new business.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional who can actively generate business rather than simply handle incoming enquiries.

Candidates who are confident in client acquisition, field sales, corporate networking, lead generation, negotiation, and closing will be preferred.
