We are looking for a Corporate Leasing Associate / Market Surveyor to join our growing Corporate Leasing team.

This is a market-facing role for someone who knows commercial real estate, enjoys being on the ground, and has the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, property owners, corporates, developers, and real estate stakeholders.

You will be responsible for identifying suitable commercial properties, building and maintaining a strong property pipeline, understanding client requirements, and facilitating corporate leasing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property scouting and market surveys across key commercial micro-markets.

Identify and onboard suitable office spaces, commercial buildings, and other corporate leasing opportunities.

Build and maintain a robust database of available properties and landlords.

Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, corporates, and channel partners.

Understand corporate requirements and identify properties that match location, size, budget, specifications, and business needs.

Conduct regular site visits and property inspections.





Coordinate with internal teams to prepare property options and proposals for corporate clients.

Support the leasing team through site visits, negotiations, documentation, and transaction closure.

Maintain accurate records of property availability, landlord contacts, pricing, and other relevant market intelligence.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate leasing, tenant representation, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market.

Comfortable with extensive travel and field visits for property scouting and client meetings.

Existing network of landlords/property owners is highly preferred.

Strong network or relationships with corporates, occupiers, developers, brokers, and other real estate stakeholders will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong market knowledge and the ability to identify good leasing opportunities.
