About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, driven individual to work directly with our CEO, gaining first-hand exposure to strategic decision-making, operations, finance, and business development across the organisation.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to fast-track their understanding of how a growing engineering/infrastructure business is run end-to-end — and take on increasing ownership as they prove themselves.

You'll start by shadowing and supporting the CEO on daily priorities, then progressively take charge of specific projects and functional responsibilities as you build context and trust.

What You'll Do

- Work closely with the CEO on day-to-day operations, reviewing key business metrics, and following up on action items
- Sit in on strategic and operational meetings, preparing briefs, MIS, and follow-ups
- Coordinate across finance, HR, exports,



and fleet operations to keep priority initiatives moving
- Support capital raising, investor communication, and financial analysis as needed
- Take ownership of specific projects (market research, process improvement, vendor/client coordination) with growing autonomy over time
- Represent the CEO's office in cross-functional discussions when required

Who We're Looking For

- A strong all-round generalist — we care more about how you think and execute than a specific degree or industry background
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset; comfortable working with ambiguity and taking initiative
- Strong analytical ability — comfortable with numbers, Excel, and business data
- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate
- 0–5 years of experience welcome; what matters most is potential and drive
