We are looking for an experienced EHS/HSE professional with robust experience in Highway Projects / Highway Stretches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate EHS policies, standards & management systems
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and client EHS requirements
- Lead EHS audits, inspections, incident investigations and CAPA
- Drive safety, ESG, sustainability and Zero Harm initiatives
- Standardize HSE Plans, HIRA/JSA, PTW and emergency response processes
- Monitor contractor/vendor EHS performance
- Drive training, safety awareness and competency programs
- Prepare EHS KPIs,
dashboards and management reports
• Provide strategic guidance to project EHS teams across highway stretches
Key Requirements
- 12–16 years of EHS/HSE experience
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience handling Highway Stretches – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of highway safety, EHS compliance, audits and risk management
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills
