Key Responsibilities

· Handle Daily Legal Needs: Write, check, and sign commercial contracts, agreements, and official company documents.

· Attend Events & Meetings: Travel locally and internationally to represent the company at business conferences, high-level meetings, and negotiations.

· Follow the Law: Make sure our company obeys all local, national, and international rules and regulations.

· Protect the Company: Give simple, practical advice to business managers to help avoid legal problems and manage risks.

· Handle Disputes & Outside Lawyers: Help solve disagreement issues with other companies and work directly with external legal advisors when needed.

Requirements & Skills

· Law Degree & License: Must have a law degree (JD, LLM, or equivalent) and an active license to practice law.





· Work Experience: 5+ years of experience working as a lawyer for a company or in a corporate law firm.

· Travel Ready: Willing and able to travel regularly for international and domestic events.

· Good Communicator: Ability to explain complex legal details in simple, easy-to-understand language.

· Robust Negotiation Skills: Comfortable speaking up, building relationships, and representing the company in meetings.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
