Role Purpose: To support the companys internal, corporate, and investor-facing communications through high-quality drafting, editorial governance and disciplined execution.
The role will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business, financial and organisational information into clear, accurate and audience-appropriate communication. The role will also serve as an editorial control point for key corporate publications and channels, ensuring consistency in the companys voice, terminology, factual presentation and communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Communications
- Draft and edit employee communications, including leadership messages, policy announcements, organisational updates and change communication, while ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across employee audiences and locations.
- Own the production of the in-house quarterly newsletter, from content planning and commissioning through drafting, editing, stakeholder review and finalisation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and develop relevant employee stories, business updates and leadership content for internal channels.
2. Investor and Corporate Reporting Communications
- Support the preparation of the Annual Report, including narrative sections, management commentary and other corporate content.
- Coordinate with Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, Business Functions and external agencies to gather information, validate content and meet reporting timelines.
- Maintain a controlled repository of approved language, disclosed figures, key business metrics and prior disclosures, and cross-check new material against the latest approved source.
- Ensure that communication material accurately reflects the company’s disclosed position and remains consistent across regulatory,
investor and corporate communication.
3. Editorial Governance and Content Quality
- Own the editorial governance of corporate communication and publications, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to the company’s established voice, terminology, style and disclosure standards, while institutionalising these across content, channels, reporting periods and contributors.
- Produce strong first drafts and independently identify and correct factual, editorial and consistency issues before material reaches senior review.
4. Digital and Corporate Channels
- Develop, edit and maintain content for the corporate website and official social media channels, translating business developments, leadership communication and corporate initiatives into appropriate digital content.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment with the company’s corporate voice across digital channels, including coordination with external agencies where required.
5. Employer Branding
- Develop and manage employer branding content across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, career pages and other talent-facing channels, working with Human Resources to translate employee, workplace and culture-related initiatives into relevant content.
- Ensure employer branding content is consistent with the company’s broader corporate positioning, voice and communication standards.
6. Stakeholder and Project Management
- Work with cross-functional teams and external agencies to independently manage communication projects from brief and content development through stakeholder review and final delivery.
- Manage multiple communication cycles and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining appropriate version control and documentation across key corporate communication projects.
- Required Experience and Qualifications
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, financial or business journalism, or a communications agency serving listed companies.
- Experience in a listed company workplace, particularly in corporate reporting, investor communication or regulated disclosures, is preferred.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in communications, journalism, English, economics, commerce or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience drafting communication for senior leadership.
- Experience managing communication projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

- Sound understanding of financial statements, operating metrics and business drivers, with the ability to interpret and synthesise complex business information.
- Strong judgement in handling confidential, unpublished or potentially price-sensitive information, including knowing when to validate, seek clarification or escalate.
