Role Description The Corporate College Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Villupuram, responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with universities and colleges. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing campus engagement initiatives, coordinating college recruiting activities, and promoting Skydart Aerospace’s brand to students, faculty, and placement offices. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to define hiring needs, organizing information sessions, career talks, and internship programs, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from campus outreach through selection.

The manager will track program metrics, prepare reports on campus hiring outcomes, and continuously refine engagement strategies.



This role also includes representing the company at academic events, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting diversity and inclusion in campus recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in University Relations and College Recruiting to effectively build and sustain partnerships with academic institutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in University Recruitment and Program Management to plan, implement, and evaluate campus hiring initiatives and internship programs.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact confidently with students, faculty, leadership, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Relevant experience in campus hiring, talent acquisition, or corporate relations, ideally within technology or aerospace-related domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Villupuram, manage multiple events and timelines, and travel to partner institutions as needed.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory recruitment practices.
