Copywriting Intern

WittyLabs is Wittypen's growth consulting arm — positioning, marketing ops, business ops, and AI implementation, worked 1:1 with founders and CXOs on selective, project-based engagements. A lot of that work is written: social calendars, campaign copy, sales decks, one-pagers. We want an intern who can write that copy for real client work, in-office with the core team, with a pre-placement track into WittyLabs if it's a fit.

What you'll do

- Write and edit social copy for WittyLabs client engagements — LinkedIn posts, Instagram captions, carousel scripts, campaign copy.
- Support the marketing collateral around a client engagement: sales decks, one-pagers, content calendars.
- Research each client's category and audience before writing a line, so the copy reads like it actually knows the business, not like a template with the logo swapped.
- Draft multiple options, take feedback rapid, and turn it around same-day.
- Use AI tools for first drafts, research, and iteration speed, while catching it when the output is generic or wrong.




- Own the copy for a full client social calendar or a single campaign end-to-end by month two.

What we're looking for
- Strong writing fundamentals — copy that's clear and has a pulse, not just grammatically correct.
- A real feel for social media: what earns a stop-scroll, and why a LinkedIn post and an Instagram caption need different things.
- Creative instinct — willing to pitch the sharper, slightly riskier line alongside the safe one.
- Comfortable researching an unfamiliar industry fast — WittyLabs client work spans climate tech, fintech, construction tech, and impact/NGO work.
- Genuine, daily comfort with AI tools, not just familiarity.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience.

Nice to have
- A portfolio of social content you've written, even personal or self-driven.
- Some sense of how copy and visual design work together, even without design skills yourself.

Compensation ₹8,000–15,000/month during the internship, based on capability. Strong performers get a pre-placement track into WittyLabs.
