- Food Preparation: Wash, chop, weigh, and mix ingredients and cook menu items using grills, ovens, and stoves.
- Quality Control: Follow standard recipes, check food temperatures, and ensure proper plating and presentation.
- Sanitation and Safety: Clean and sanitize workstations, store food at correct temperatures, and follow health regulations.
- Inventory Management: Restock supplies, label and date stored foods, and report shortages to the manager or chef.
