- Position: Control Panel Wiring Technician

- Work Location: Thirumudivakkam, Chennai

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 Take Home

- Experience: 1–3 years

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Electrical / EEE

- Employment Type: On-Roll

- Department: Electrical / Maintenance

- Perform control panel wiring and panel assembly.

- Read and understand electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.

- Install and wire electrical components such as MCBs, contactors, relays, timers, and terminal blocks.

- Install panel components according to electrical drawings and specifications.

- Perform cable dressing and ferruling.

- Conduct continuity testing of control panels.

- Troubleshoot and rectify basic wiring faults.

- Ensure proper wiring, connections, and panel assembly.

- Follow electrical safety and quality standards during all work.

Key Responsibilities

Control Panel Wiring

- Carry out control panel wiring as per electrical drawings.





- Assemble and install panel components.

- Ensure proper routing, dressing, and termination of cables.

- Perform ferruling and proper identification of wires and terminals.

Testing & Troubleshooting

- Conduct continuity and basic electrical tests.

- Identify and rectify wiring faults and connection issues.

- Perform basic troubleshooting of control panels.

- Ensure panels are functioning correctly before completion.

Candidate Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / EEE.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in control panel wiring.

- Valuable knowledge of electrical components.

- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.

- Basic troubleshooting knowledge.

- Good wiring and panel assembly skills.

- Knowledge of electrical safety and quality standards.
