Work Arrangement: Mandatory 5 days per week from the Nielsen office in Bangalore only About The Role We are seeking a Vertex O Series Consultant with hands-on expertise in configuring, integrating, and maintaining Vertex O Series for VAT/GST within SAP S/4HANA environments. The role focuses on global tax compliance, tax configuration, integration troubleshooting, and supporting Vertex rollouts across multiple regions.

The consultant will work on the implementation and rollout of the Vertex O Series application across EU, EMEA, Canada, and LATAM regions. The role involves configuring tax-related components, including taxability drivers, tax categories, commodity codes, tax assist rules, lookup tables, tax codes, exemptions, and jurisdiction mappings.

The position requires close collaboration with business and functional teams to understand tax requirements and support testing activities. The consultant will also troubleshoot integration issues and contribute to unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Vertex O Series rollouts across EU, EMEA, Canada, and LATAM regions.
- Configure taxpayers, taxability drivers, tax categories, commodity codes, and tax assist rules.
- Configure lookup tables, tax codes, exemptions, and jurisdiction mappings.
- Gather tax requirements in collaboration with business and functional teams.
- Troubleshoot Vertex-SAP integration issues.




- Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
- Ensure alignment with VAT/GST and global tax compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support client interactions.
