We are looking for an experienced Contractor Sourcing Manager responsible for sourcing, onboarding, empanelment and deployment of contractors for Civil, MEP, Finishing and allied construction works. The candidate will manage contractor relationships, commercial negotiations, mobilization and performance to ensure timely project execution.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in the engineering & construction industry with a focus on real estate development.
- Robust understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from conception to completion.
