Job Title: Content Writer & Social Media Manager (Podcast & Digital Content)

Location: Andheri West

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Write engaging and original articles, captions, and blog posts aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Create scripts for videos, reels, and podcasts that are creative, relatable, and audience-focused.
- Research and adapt trending topics, ideas, and stories into insightful, well-structured narratives.
- Write intros, guest questions, narratives, and closing segments for podcast episodes.
- Collaborate with hosts and producers to refine tone, pacing, and storytelling style.
- Coordinate guest interviews and assist in content planning and episode outlines.
- Assist in planning, setup, and coordination of shoots.
- Coordinate with camera, lighting, and sound departments for setup and breakdown.
- Provide shoot assistance.
- Support the crew and talent during shoots to ensure smooth execution.
- Plan, create, and schedule daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.




- Build and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with brand themes and marketing goals.
- Develop and execute content strategies to grow audience engagement and strengthen brand presence.
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest data-driven ideas to enhance visibility and reach.
- Stay updated with digital, media, and content trends to keep content relevant and engaging.

Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in Content Writing and Social Media Management.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to write for different tones and formats — conversational, informative, or promotional.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple content streams (posts, blogs, podcasts).

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,445.07 - ₹60,596.50 per month
