Core Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day digital content publishing tasks across websites and platforms.

- Review materials for accuracy, formatting, and quality before publishing.

- Follow publishing workflows and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency.

- Coordinate with Project Management and Design teams to deliver high-quality updates.

- Provide feedback on content formats or delivery issues, helping improve processes.

- Publish content within the clients CMS (Umbraco or similar).

- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and content standards.

- Stay updated with platform requirements and apply them while reviewing content.

- Escalate issues or complex requests to senior team members when necessary.

Requirements





- 2-4 years of experience in content management or digital publishing (freshers with strong CMS knowledge may be considered).

- Hands-on experience with a Content Management System (CMS); familiarity with Umbraco is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO principles.

- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, project management, agencies).

- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requests.

- Good problem-solving and documentation skills.

- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new workflows and tools.
