– Senior Content Writer

Novac Technology Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Senior Content Writer with 3+ years of experience in B2B content creation, preferably within the Lending, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong storytelling and strategic content development skills, with hands-on experience across digital marketing channels.

This role requires a creative professional who can produce compelling content that strengthens brand positioning, drives audience engagement, and supports business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and marketing collateral.
- Create engaging B2B content tailored for digital platforms, including LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and business teams to develop content aligned with organizational objectives.
- Produce thought leadership articles, executive profiles, industry insights, and customer success stories.
- Develop content for events, webinars, product launches, corporate communications, and marketing campaigns.
- Draft press releases, media articles, award submissions, and other public relations content.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, tone, and style across all communication channels.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices and monitor content performance to improve engagement.




- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to create relevant and impactful content.
- Manage multiple content projects while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in content writing, preferably in the B2B technology, Lending, Banking, BFSI, or FinTech domain.
