Job Title: Content Writer (SEO/AEO/GEO) & Social Media Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Content Writer who can blend strong storytelling with a sharp understanding of search and discovery — across traditional SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — while also owning our brand's voice across social media. This is a hybrid role for someone who loves writing but is equally comfortable thinking about how content gets found, cited, and shared, whether that's on Google, ChatGPT, or Instagram.

What You'll Do

- Write, edit, and publish high-quality blog posts and articles optimized for organic search (SEO), voice/answer engines (AEO), and generative AI search results (GEO)
- Conduct keyword and topic research to identify content opportunities aligned with business goals
- Structure content (headings, schema, FAQs, snippets) to improve visibility in Google, AI Overviews, and LLM-based answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
- Plan, create, and manage content calendars for the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.)
- Write engaging captions, posts,



and short-form copy tailored to each platform's audience and tone
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, rankings, engagement) and iterate on content strategy based on data
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align content with campaigns and brand messaging
- Stay current on evolving SEO/AEO/GEO best practices and social media trends

What We're Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, keyword research, meta content) and familiarity with AEO/GEO concepts (structured data, featured snippets, optimizing for AI-generated answers)
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating platform-specific content
- Excellent written English with robust grammar, clarity, and storytelling ability
- Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and social media schedulers (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt tone across formats
- A portfolio of published blog posts and/or social content is a big plus
