What You’ll Be Doing

- Writing engaging and brand-relevant content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other digital platforms

- Creating social media captions, reel scripts, carousel copy, campaign concepts and ad copy

- Developing content ideas and contributing to monthly content calendars

- Understanding different brand tones and adapting your writing accordingly

- Researching brands, industries, trends and competitors before developing content

- Brainstorming with the creative and social media teams for campaigns and content ideas

- Writing and refining website copy, blogs and other marketing communication when required

- Proofreading and editing content to ensure it is clear, grammatically correct and aligned with the brand

- Staying updated with social media trends and identifying ways to turn them into relevant brand content

What We’re Looking For

- Strong command over written English

- Ability to write content that feels natural, engaging and not generic




- A good understanding of social media and how content differs across platforms

- Strong research and storytelling skills

- Ability to switch between different tones of voice depending on the brand

- Creativity and the ability to contribute ideas beyond just writing captions

- Positive attention to detail and proofreading skills

- Ability to manage multiple brands, tasks and deadlines

- Openness to feedback and willingness to revise and improve work

Bonus If You

- Have previous experience working with a creative, advertising or social media agency

- Have experience writing short-form video/reel scripts

- Understand current Instagram and LinkedIn content formats and trends

- Have a portfolio or samples of social media, campaign or digital content

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
