Crisant Technologies is looking for an experienced content writer who can move confidently between the page and the camera. You will research and write original website copy, social media content, advertising concepts, reel scripts and explanatory video scripts then occasionally present that work on camera. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who writes with judgment, speaks with clarity and can develop a strong first draft without depending on AI-generated copy.

What you will own

- Research brands, audiences, products and industries before turning a brief into a useful content angle.
- Write and edit website copy, blogs, social posts, ad copy, campaign concepts, captions and content calendars in fluent, natural English.
- Create original scripts for reels, advertisements, founder videos, product explainers and other short-form video formats.
- Develop hooks, narrative structures, calls to action and platform-aware variations without relying on AI-generated drafts as the source of the thinking.
- Present selected reels and explanatory videos on camera with clear delivery, professional presence and comfort taking direction.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, social media managers and clients from briefing through review and production.
- Fact-check claims, protect brand voice and revise work carefully in response to specific editorial or performance feedback.
- Manage multiple assignments with visible deadlines, organised source material and reliable follow-through from draft to publication.

What you bring





- Two to five years of professional content-writing experience, supported by a portfolio of published or production-ready work.
- Excellent written English, strong grammar and the ability to adapt tone for business, consumer and social audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to write video scripts, social media advertising content and campaign copy independently from research and a brief.
- Comfort appearing on camera for reels and explanatory videos, with clear spoken English and a confident, professional communication style.
- Sound editorial judgment: you can distinguish a claim from evidence, remove filler and explain why a line belongs in the piece.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time from Crisant Technologies Mysuru office; this position is not remote or hybrid.
- Openness to a practical writing and camera exercise during the selection process.

Helpful, not mandatory

- Agency or multi-brand experience across technology, real estate, retail, hospitality or professional services.
- SEO content fundamentals, content management systems and an understanding of how search intent shapes an outline.
- Kannada or Hindi communication skills for regional content and on-camera delivery.
- Experience working with production teams on storyboards, shot lists, teleprompter copy or interview-led videos.
