Role Description The Content Writer at Della Townships is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai as well as Lonavala(3 days at each location, 6 days working week). company provides stay, food, travel when staff travels. This role involves planning, writing, and editing content for websites, brochures, social media, and other marketing materials that communicate the brand vision and project stories.

The Content

Writer will collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to gather information, develop key messages, and ensure content aligns with strategic objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on industry trends and project details, crafting clear and engaging copy,



maintaining brand tone and consistency, and proofreading all materials for accuracy and quality. The role also includes optimizing content for digital channels and supporting campaign initiatives with compelling narratives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including planning content calendars and aligning messaging with marketing and brand objectives.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather accurate information on projects, industry trends, and target audiences.
- Candidates should possess meticulous Proofreading skills to ensure error-free, polished content.
- Excellent command of written English and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in office in Maharashtra, India, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
