About the Role

BankSathi is looking for a creative and performance-oriented Content Writer to create compelling communication across BankSathi’s marketing, product and customer touchpoints.

The role will involve writing WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, PDPs, app communication, digital ads, social media content, campaign copies, product communication and other marketing creatives

.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Content:

- Develop creative copy for BankSathi campaigns, offers, contests and promotions.
- Write: Campaign headlines, Hooks, Taglines, CTAs
- Promotional copies
- Develop campaign concepts and creative communication ideas.
- Create messaging for financial products and advisor-focused campaigns.

WhatsApp, SMS & Push Communication
- Write engaging and conversion-focused content for:
- WhatsApp campaigns
- SMS campaigns
- Push notifications
- In-app messages
- Create communication across the advisor lifecycle — acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation.
- Develop personalized communication using user, product, earning and behavioral data.
- Create multiple messaging variations for A/B testing.

Product Detail Pages (PDPs)

- Write clear, persuasive and conversion-focused copy for Product Detail Pages .

- Communicate product benefits, eligibility, features, fees, requirements and key terms in a simple manner.
- Develop strong headlines, product descriptions, benefit statements, CTAs and supporting copy.

- Simplify complex financial products into easy-to-understand language.




- Continuously improve PDP content based on user behavior and conversion performance.

Digital & Performance Marketing

- Write copy for: Meta Ads ,Google Ads, App install campaigns, Landing pages, Banners, Digital creatives
- Support the performance marketing team with conversion-focused copy.
- Create different messaging angles and variants to improve campaign performance.

Social Media & Content

- Write social media captions and content.
- Develop reels/video scripts and creative concepts.
- Create educational, entertaining and storytelling-based content.

- Develop content around advisor success stories, financial products, offers and BankSathi initiatives.

Create content for key user moments such as:

- New advisor onboarding

- First lead activation
- First sale
- Lead reminders
- Product launches
- Payouts
- Offers and incentives
- Referral campaigns
- Milestones and achievements

- Inactive-user reactivation
- Retention and engagement campaigns

Collaboration

- Work closely with Growth, CRM, Product, Design and Marketing teams

.

- Understand campaign and product objectives and translate them into effective communication.




- Collaborate with designers and product teams to develop creative and product experiences.
- Use campaign and product performance data to continuously improve messaging.

Required Skills

- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Excellent short-form and long-form writing ability.
- Ability to write clear, catchy and action-oriented communication .

- Robust understanding of hooks, CTAs, persuasion, FOMO and urgency.
- Experience writing for digital marketing and product communication.
- Ability to write conversational English, Hinglish and Hindi .

- Ability to simplify complex financial products and concepts.
- Strong understanding of user psychology and consumer behavior.
- Ability to create multiple creative variations for testing.
- Strong attention to grammar, clarity and readability.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, digital marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing or advertising.
- Experience writing for WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications and PDPs .

- Experience in fintech, BFSI, consumer apps, startups or performance marketing.
- Understanding of campaign metrics and conversion optimization.
- Experience working closely with Product, Growth and Design teams is a plus.

KPIs

- Content Engagement — CTR, response rate and engagement across WhatsApp, Push, SMS, PDPs and other channels.

- Content Experimentation & Effectiveness — Success rate of A/B tests and measurable uplift from new hooks, messaging angles and CTAs.
