Responsibilities:

· Develop creative strategies and campaign concepts that solve brand and business problems.

· Understand client goals, target audiences and market trends to build robust brand ideas.

· Create campaign concepts, content directions, creative briefs and brand narratives.

· Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

· Work closely with clients to understand their needs and turn them into creative solutions.

· Identify trends, consumer insights and cultural opportunities to create relevant campaigns.

· Present and pitch creative ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.

· Ensure every creative idea has a clear purpose, strong storytelling and business impact.
