Role Description The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across Hobfit’s digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and in-app communication. Day-to-day tasks include researching health and wellness topics, collaborating with medical and coaching teams to ensure accuracy, and transforming complex concepts into transparent, engaging, and accessible content.

The role involves maintaining a consistent brand voice,



optimizing content for user engagement and conversion, and supporting marketing campaigns with targeted messaging and storytelling. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and customer support.

Qualifications

- Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and user-focused content.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management to plan, organize, and optimize content across channels.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with medical experts, coaches, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex health concepts into accessible language, with attention to accuracy and sensitivity.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO basics, and analytics tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in health, wellness, or tech-enabled platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
