Job Title: Content & Social Media Associate

About the Role:-

We are looking for a creative, driven, and tech-savvy Content & Social Media Associate who will also serve as the Face of Medharthi across our digital content platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling and communication skills, an understanding of digital and social media trends, and the confidence to appear on camera and create engaging video content.

The candidate should also have a working knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, coding, and emerging technologies, enabling them to create relevant and easy-to-understand content around these topics. Alongside technology-focused content, the candidate will also create generic career, education, skills, industry trends, social media, and brand content for Medharthi.

The role requires someone who can research a topic, develop a strong content idea, write a script, communicate it effectively on camera, and work with the creative team to produce the final content.

Key Responsibilities:-

Content Creation & Management

- Develop engaging content for social media, YouTube, websites, blogs, emailers, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Create reels, videos, captions, concepts, scripts, articles, and promotional copies aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create a mix of generic and technology-focused content, including career guidance, education, skills, industry trends, jobs, AI, technology, and emerging career opportunities.
- Appear on camera as the Face of Medharthi for relevant video content.
- Develop strong hooks, storytelling formats, and scripts for short-form and long-form videos.
- Research topics and convert them into simple, engaging, and audience-friendly content.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to execute content effectively.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and communication standards across all channels.

AI & Technology Content

- Create content around AI tools, generative AI, AI agents, automation, coding, software development, and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate and explain AI tools and technology through practical videos, tutorials, use cases, and experiments.
- Stay updated with new AI tools, technology trends,



and developments relevant to students and working professionals.
- Test and explore new AI tools and identify content opportunities.
- Possess enough technical understanding to use and demonstrate AI tools, understand basic coding concepts, and explain technology topics accurately in simple language.
- Work with the content team to develop AI and technology-focused video concepts, scripts, and demonstrations.

Social Media Management

- Manage and grow the brand's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Monitor industry, career, education, AI, technology, and social media trends to identify content opportunities.
- Track social media metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and audience engagement to improve content performance.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.

Public Relations (PR)

- Coordinate with media agencies, influencers, and publication partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Draft press releases, media notes, and brand communication materials.
- Support PR campaigns, product launches, events, and corporate announcements.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners and influencers.

Brand & Campaign Coordination

- Support employer branding and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, activations, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and communication.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns and content that strengthen Medharthi's presence across education, careers, skills, AI, and technology.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Solid copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and presenting content.
- Experience or interest in social media content creation and video production.
- Working knowledge of AI tools, generative AI, and AI agents.
- Basic understanding of coding/programming and technology concepts.
- Ability to learn and experiment with new AI and technology tools independently.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them in an engaging manner.
- Understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and brand communication.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Basic understanding of photography, videography, and content production processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates from other disciplines with strong content creation skills and a demonstrated understanding of AI and technology may also be considered.
- Experience in content marketing, social media management, digital marketing, PR, or content creation is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools and content creation platforms is an added advantage.
- Prior experience creating or appearing in videos/reels will be an advantage.
