Position: Content Producer

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Content Producer to manage and coordinate content-related projects across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination between different departments and the content team, ensuring that project briefs are clearly communicated, tasks are efficiently managed, and deliverables are completed within the required timelines.

The Content Producer will work closely with two key content wings and play a crucial role in planning, organizing, tracking, and delivering high-quality content.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Collect content requirements, project briefs, and objectives from various departments.
- Understand, organize, and communicate project briefs clearly to the respective content teams.
- Act as a bridge between internal departments, stakeholders, and content teams.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, and other relevant team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and track multiple content projects simultaneously.
- Ensure all content deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Follow up with internal teams and stakeholders for required inputs, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of ongoing and completed projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and relevant stakeholders.




- Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with company and brand guidelines.
- Prioritize tasks and coordinate workload based on project requirements and deadlines.
- Identify potential delays, challenges, or bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Support the planning, execution, and overall management of content-related initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between both content wings and other departments.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Content Coordination, Content Production, Project Management, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Experience working with writers, designers, marketing teams, or creative teams will be an added advantage.
