Role Description The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that supports Ativeera’s financial services, brand positioning, and client communication. This full-time, in office role in Gurgaon involves developing web and marketing content, coordinating with subject matter experts, and ensuring all materials align with the firm’s tone, quality standards, and regulatory context.

The Content

Specialist will oversee content calendars, update and optimize existing content, and support digital and offline campaigns.



Day-to-day tasks include researching industry topics, drafting and editing articles, presentations, website pages, and client communication materials, and collaborating closely with the advisory and compliance teams to translate complex financial concepts into clear, accessible content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Web Content Writing skills to produce clear, accurate, and engaging materials.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and maintain content across channels.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present information clearly.
- Experience creating content for professional services, finance, consulting, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Strong research and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and style.
- Proficiency with common content and collaboration tools (e.g., CMS platforms, MS Office, Google Workspace) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Gurgaon, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
