Content & Media Coordinator

Work Mode: Hybrid - Full-time

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Payment: 25k - 35K/ Monthly

Reports To: Content Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Content & Media Coordinator to join our Your Media Lab team. This role will work closely with the Content Manager to plan, organize, and execute media and content initiatives across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a robust interest in media, digital marketing, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Content Manager in developing and implementing content calendars for digital platforms.
- Coordinate the creation, editing, and publishing of multimedia content (articles, videos, reels, graphics, etc.).
- Support in brainstorming and conceptualising content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage communication with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors for timely content delivery.
- Track and update project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.




- Help monitor content performance metrics and provide basic reports/insights.
- Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are maintained across all content.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new media opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in content coordination, digital media, or related roles (internship experience counts).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or project management software is a plus.
