Role Overview

We are looking for a Content & Growth Manager to build and operate our content engine across YT, Insta, FB, Lnkd, X, WApp, and email.

This is not a content writer role.

This is not a social media posting role.

This role is responsible for planning, managing, analyzing, optimizing, and scaling our entire content operation.

The ideal candidate understands content strategy, audience growth, creator management, analytics, and digital distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

- Build and manage the annual content roadmap
- Maintain a central content idea database
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars
- Identify high-potential content opportunities
- Track competitor content and industry trends

Creator Management
- Work with internal and external creators
- Convert ideas into content briefs
- Review scripts and story structures
- Coordinate recording schedules
- Ensure content quality and consistency

Content Operations
- Manage the end-to-end content workflow
- Coordinate with editors and designers
- Maintain publishing schedules
- Ensure timely delivery across platforms

Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze retention, watch time, click-through rates, and engagement
- Identify winning content formats and topics
- Conduct content performance reviews
- Recommend improvements based on data

Distribution & Growth
- Manage distribution across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, WhatsApp, and email
- Develop content repurposing systems
- Improve audience growth and engagement
- Build community and subscriber funnels

- Website traffic generated through content
- Smallcase lead generation support

Required Skills
- 2–5 years experience in content, media, marketing, creator economy, startup growth, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of YouTube and social media content ecosystems
- Experience managing content calendars and content workflows
- Robust analytical mindset
- Ability to identify content trends and opportunities
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Experience
- Fintech, investing, personal finance, startup, media, or creator economy experience
- Experience working with creators and video teams
- Experience using analytics tools and content dashboards
