ABOUT THE ROLE

Create compelling visual content - reels, videos, photos, and carousels - for Pranava Groups real estate projects across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You will be the visual storyteller for premium and mid-segment residential projects.

Pranava Group is a Hyderabad-based real estate developer focused on premium residential living. Current projects include Greenwich Villa (luxury villas, 5 Cr+), East Crest (apartments, 1-1.5 Cr), and One Hyderabad D Block. Tagline: Presenting the Future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Shoot and edit Instagram Reels (30-90 seconds) for project showcases, lifestyle content, site updates

Photography at project sites - model villa, amenities, construction progress, events

Coordinate drone footage with drone operator

Create carousel posts, story templates, YouTube thumbnails

Produce monthly project walkthrough videos

Event coverage - site visit evenings, puja ceremonies, community events

Coordinate with Digital Marketing Executive to align content with ad campaigns

Maintain organised content library by project, date, and content type

Deliver content on schedule per monthly content calendar

SKILLS REQUIRED

Video editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar

Photo editing: Lightroom, Canva, Photoshop basics

Strong aesthetic sensibility - understands luxury visual language

Real estate content experience preferred

Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts experience essential

Basic understanding of social media performance

Comfortable travelling to project sites (Attapur, Hastinapuram, etc.)

BONUS SKILLS

Drone operation certificate

Motion graphics / After Effects

Luxury brand content experience
