Job Summary

D Ellinas Factory Products India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, energetic and social-media-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Executive to manage content across our brands.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of social media content, including ideation, scripting, shooting, appearing on camera, editing, posting, campaign management and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate should understand how Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook work, be comfortable creating short-form video content, and be confident appearing on camera in both Tamil and English.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Create weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Generate ideas for reels, videos, posts, carousels, stories and campaigns.
- Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions and calls-to-action.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos and social media content.
- Appear on camera for product videos, explainers, reels and promotional content.
- Coordinate and execute content shoots at office, factory, events and project locations.
- Edit reels and videos with subtitles, transitions, music, graphics and basic effects.
- Create basic social media creatives using tools such as Canva.
- Publish and schedule content across social media channels.
- Monitor comments, messages, reach, engagement and other social media metrics.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting and optimisation.
- Track ad performance and prepare basic reports.
- Understand current social media trends and adapt relevant trends for professional brands.




- Work independently and take ownership of content from idea to publication.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form video content.
- Comfortable shooting and editing videos independently.
- Must be comfortable appearing on camera.
- Good spoken Tamil and English.
- Ability to write clear English captions and scripts.
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media trends and digital marketing.
- Willingness to travel within or outside Chennai when required for shoots and events.
- Ability to independently manage multiple brands and content requirements.

Preferred

- Portfolio of reels, videos, social media pages or content created personally.
- Experience running Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of photography, lighting and audio recording.
- Previous internship, freelance or professional experience in content creation or digital marketing.

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative, confident, energetic and willing to experiment.

The candidate should not require detailed instructions for every piece of content and should be able to independently come up with ideas, execute them and learn from performance data.

Formal experience is less significant than creativity, communication skills, execution capability and willingness to learn.
