Role Overview

We are looking for an expressive, camera-ready Content Creator to produce high-converting User Generated Content (UGC) ads for VAMA. In this role, you will film performance-driven video ads (Reels, Shorts, 15-30s ad spots) that build trust, engage viewers, and drive app downloads.

Key Responsibilities

- UGC Ad Production: Script, film, and deliver testimonial-style, direct-to-camera performance ads designed for acquisition campaigns.
- On-Camera Delivery: Present naturally with clean framing, strong lighting, neat grooming, and brand-appropriate styling.
- Dynamic Range: Adapt tone and energy across takes—from calm and emotional storytelling to urgent, excited direct-response pitches.
- Bilingual Execution:



Deliver scripts comfortably in Hindi, English, or Hinglish, switching smoothly between languages mid-script.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Proven UGC Ad Experience: Portfolio featuring prior work in performance ads or UGC conversion assets (beyond static brand reels or general engagement content).
- Bilingual Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Hindi and English, with natural conversational delivery.
- Tone Versatility: Demonstrated ability to adjust hook strength, emotional tone, and pacing based on the target creative strategy.
- Vertical Video Mastery: Robust grasp of short-form formats (9:16 aspect ratio, 15-30 second ad structures).
- Technical Self-Sufficiency: Ability to shoot high-quality video independently using proper lighting, clean audio setups, and framing.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Prior experience creating content in the devotional, spiritual, wellness, or lifestyle niches.
