Role Overview

As an In-House Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, creating, shooting, and editing engaging content for Zaribari’s social media and digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion content, Instagram Reels, product photography, video shooting, storytelling, and current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Should have an attractive personality as you will be given direct exposure to Instagram content. You will be the face of our social media.
- Plan and create engaging Instagram Reels, videos, photos, and Stories for Zaribari.
- Shoot high-quality fashion, ethnic wear, product, and lifestyle content in-house.
- Create content around new launches, products, collections, offers, festivals, and campaigns.
- Develop creative hooks, concepts, scripts, captions, and content ideas that increase audience engagement.
- Shoot different product/model angles and create visually appealing fashion content.
- Handle basic camera, lighting, framing, and composition for professional shoots.
- Edit short-form videos/Reels with engaging cuts, transitions, text, music, and effects.
- Keep up with Instagram trends, viral formats, sounds, hooks, and fashion content trends.
- Collaborate with models, photographers, designers, and the marketing team when required.
- Help maintain a consistent premium visual style and brand identity across all content.
- Create behind-the-scenes, showroom, team, styling, and day-to-day brand content.
- Review content performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Organize and maintain shoot footage, photographs, and content assets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, fashion, lifestyle, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Good understanding of fashion and visual aesthetics.




- Experience with video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and camera angles.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh content ideas.
- Strong awareness of current social media trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills
- Fashion/e-commerce brand experience.
- Experience creating ethnic wear, saree, suit, bridal, or lifestyle fashion content.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lights, and other shooting equipment.
- Understanding of Instagram analytics and content performance.
- Ability to write engaging Hindi/Hinglish and English hooks and captions.
