Wattr.ai is a mission-driven deep-tech company building solutions for India’s water and infrastructure challenges. This role will help communicate complex ideas in simple, relatable and useful ways for farmers and communities.

Are you a good fit?

You may be a robust fit if you:

- Speak Punjabi fluenty, with strong Hindi and English communication skills. Haryanvi is a plus.
- Have created and managed content, especially for YouTube, including thumbnails, titles, tags, descriptions and playlists.
- Can share examples of your work, such as videos, channels or other content.
- Can improve scripts, storytelling and communication.
- Have basic-to-good video editing skills and can use modern AI tools.
- Prioritise quick, effective execution over unnecessary perfection.
- Understand that different audiences need different content formats and production quality.
- Are comfortable working in the field and capturing real user-generated content.
- Can collaborate with experts, team members and field users.

What you’ll do

- Create video and digital content for farmers, rural audiences and internal training materials.
- Plan, record,



edit and publish content for YouTube and other platforms.
- Simplify complex ideas into useful, relatable stories.
- Improve scripts, language and storytelling.
- Use editing and AI tools to create content across languages where relevant.
- Work with internal experts and field teams.
- Capture real stories, user experiences and user-generated content.
- Suggest content ideas based on audience needs and results.
