Role Description The Content Creator (Fresher) will support the marketing and communication efforts of Kalindi Solar Solutions by developing clear and engaging content about solar energy products and services. This full-time, on-site role in Indore involves creating social media posts, basic marketing copy, simple blog entries, and visual content concepts aligned with the company’s brand and sustainability mission.

The Content

Creator will assist in collecting information from internal teams, researching solar and renewable energy trends, and transforming technical details into easy-to-understand messages. Day-to-day tasks include drafting content calendars, collaborating with design and sales teams, updating content for digital platforms,



and maintaining consistency across channels. The role also includes learning and applying best practices in content creation, following guidance from senior team members, and supporting campaign execution.

Qualifications

- Ability to create clear, engaging written content for social media, websites, and basic marketing materials.
- Interest in learning content planning, simple content strategy, and basic research to support marketing initiatives.
- Attention to detail with strong grammar, spelling, and basic proofreading and editing abilities.
- Basic understanding of or willingness to learn digital marketing concepts and social media best practices.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams.
- Genuine interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and solar technology, with motivation to learn industry concepts.
- Comfort using standard office and content tools (e.g., word processing, presentation software; basic familiarity with design tools is a plus).
