Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and content strategies across digital platforms Identify trends, creator opportunities, and audience behaviour to inform content direction

- Translate market insights into actionable content strategies Manage visual storytelling and brand narrative across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

- Craft compelling copy and communications that align with brand voice

Ideal Candidate

- Strong Content Strategy / Social Media Strategy Profile from D2C / Consumer Brands

- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, social media strategy, or creative planning.

- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience handling social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.

- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience developing content strategies and deciding what type of content should go across different social media platforms.

- Mandatory (Experience 4):



Must have experience creating monthly content calendars and planning content for social media platforms.

- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have a strong understanding of digital culture, current social media trends, and content formats.

- Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have a strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and social-first content.

- Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have strong communication, copywriting, content planning, brand storytelling, and content ecosystem understanding.

- Mandatory (Industry): Must have experience with D2C / consumer brands.
