Salary for senior content creators (Starting from 50K per month) according to skill & experience.

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Content Creator to join our team. As a Senior Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content by shooting, editing and arranging video footage, audio, and graphics. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a solid understanding of storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life through video editing.

Responsibilities:

- Filming and Editing: Utilize an iPhone to capture high-quality video footage in a variety of settings, ensuring excellent composition, framing, lighting, and audio quality.
- Video Production: Plan and execute video shoots, including managing all technical aspects such as camera setup, lighting, and sound. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and troubleshoot any issues that arise during filming.
- Edit and arrange raw footage into polished, high-quality engaging videos for Instagram.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the video content aligns with the overall vision of Shaadi BTS.
- Post-production: Edit and enhance video content by utilizing industry-standard video editing softwares. This includes selecting the best footage, trimming clips, adding transitions, applying color grading, incorporating music and sound effects, and optimizing videos for Instagram.
- Be creative with the captions that can go along with different types of video content.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client requirements to create engaging and impactful videos. YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO TELL A STORY THROUGH SHORT VIDEOS.




- Continuously explore and implement creative editing techniques and trends to enhance the quality and effectiveness of video content.
- Ensure all videos are delivered within established timelines.
- Openness to feedback and the ability to incorporate changes into video production processes.
- Maintain organized project files and archives, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility for future use.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and software advancements to continually improve video editing skills and knowledge.
- File Management: Organize and archive video footage, ensuring efficient file management and easy retrieval for future projects. Maintain backup copies of all video content to prevent loss or damage. You must have a storage capacity of at least 250 GB with iCloud storage to capture a particular wedding.
- Minimum 2 year experience required in wedding content creation.

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Senior Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing softwares such as DaVinci Resolve, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc. is preferred.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, storytelling, and composition.
- Proven experience: Demonstrable experience in videography, preferably with a focus on mobile videography or iPhone filmmaking. A portfolio showcasing your work is highly desirable.




- Proficiency in iPhone videography: Strong command of iPhone camera features, video shooting techniques, and relevant apps for editing and post-production.
- Creativity and storytelling: Ability to develop and execute creative video concepts that effectively convey brand messaging and engage the target audience. Robust storytelling and visual composition skills are essential.
- Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and resolutions, ensuring optimal quality across different platforms and devices.
- Proficient in audio editing techniques, including sound mixing, syncing, and enhancing audio quality.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software advancements.
- Communication and teamwork: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong communication skills to understand project requirements and provide creative input.
- Time management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving trends, technologies, and project requirements. Openness to feedback and the ability to incorporate changes into video production processes.
