Consultant | SAP ABAP | Bengaluru

- Between 5+ relevant skill experience in SAP ABAP

- Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions with a strong focus on SAP ABAP and S/4HANA development technologies, including Reports, Enhancements,Interfaces, Conversions, Forms, Workflows (RICEFW), CDS Views,

- AMDP, OData Services, RAP, BAPIs, User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework,and performance optimization across SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

- Design, develop, enhance, and support custom SAP applications, reports, interfaces,workflows, forms, and enhancements.

- Develop and maintain print programs, output management solutions, and business- critical forms across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and production support activities.

- Work closely with functional consultants and business users to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

- Adhere to and contribute towards development guidelines, best practices, and quality standards.

Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in Core ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).

- Experience in Reports, ALV, Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, SAP Script, Adobe Forms, and Workflow.





- Strong knowledge of the SAP Enhancement Framework, including User Exits, Customer

- Exits, BAdIs, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements, and Enhancement Spots.

- Experience in Data Dictionary, including Tables, Structures, Views, Domains, Data

- Elements, Search Helps, and Lock Objects.

- Hands-on experience with Interfaces and Integration Technologies, including RFC, BAPI, IDoc, ALE, Proxy, Web Services, SOAP, REST, and OData.

- Experience in BDC, LSMW, Data Migration, and File-Based Interfaces.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA development and extensibility concepts.

- Hands-on experience in Core Data Services (CDS Views) & CDS-based reporting.

- Knowledge of ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) and Code Pushdown techniques.

- Experience in developing and consuming OData Services.Understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 integration concepts and SAP Gateway.

- Knowledge of S/4HANA Output Management, Embedded Analytics, and Virtual Data Models will be an added advantage.

- Exposure to SAP HANA database concepts & performance optimization techniques.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills using SQL Trace, Runtime Analysis, and ABAP debugging tools.

- Experience in development, enhancement, modification, and support of SAP standard and custom applications.
